Water, pea protein 21.8%, extra virgin olive oil 4.5%, vegetable concentrate (beetroot, carrot, apple), vegetable fibre, yeast extract, flavourings, stabiliser (methylcellulose), salt, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), alcohol vinegar, iron and vitamin B12.

Method of Preparation
Frying Pan and Barbecue:
Cook the burger in a frying pan over a medium heat for 12 minutes (eight minutes if defrosted)
with a tablespoon of oil, flipping it every two minutes.
For the barbecue, first defrost the burgers, then brush them with oil and grill them, flipping them over regularly for eight minutes.
