Chocolate ice cream is the flavor that has cost us the most to develop, but there are those who say that it is the best flavor of all our ice creams. The star of this flavor are the chocolate chips, made by hand by an artisan chocolatier. It was not easy to find a formula for a vegan chocolate ice cream that could not be differentiated from one made with milk, but we think we did it!
